Think that this modern hotel is beyond compare, greatly enjoyed it. Staff is amazingly friendly and excellent and you can park your car on site.

Appreciated the queen studio with a fireplace and the way it was setup.

There were coffee/tea making facilities and glassware in the perfectly appointed room. The location was amazing and great, really close to the beautiful walking areas and beach and # shadowood restaurant. The staff were incredibly nice and very pleasant and gave us good recommendations.

Everything at this boutique hotel was great as we expected. It was 4-6 minutes walking distance from Monterey Avenue, enjoyed its location in the Santa Cruz area.

The food was delicious and there were good choice of dishes in the menu. I booked reasonably spacious and luxurious room with a subpar shower, a fireplace plus fantastic amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to downtown Capitola and Gayle's Bakery. We were able to walk to downtown Capitola, Santa Cruz, and the beautiful walking areas along the waterfront, West Cliff, the Boardwalk. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the option to have it delivered to our room. the best part of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff.

Impressive hotel, I had a really great stay. All the stuff where outstandingly accommodating and extremely accommodating, the breakfast was delicious with jam, asparagus. Came here for celebrating anniversary, recommendable.

Great choice for weekend. Very impressed with queen studio. Location so close to the beach and other points of interest and the hill to the beautiful beach town of Capitola and many many fine restaurants and the beautiful walking areas along the waterfront, West Cliff, the Boardwalk, the wharf.

The whole room was gorgeouswith wine as well as a wobbly bed. The location was marvellous and stunning for walking around Capitola Beach.

Some guests complained about a spider they saw.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is located in a very private area behind the main house, offering a relaxing and tranquil environment. The room amenities were excellent, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. We loved the patio and terrace which offered great views of the garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering a fantastic service with room service and housekeeping. The welcome drink and happy hour were also a lovely touch.

Highly recommended for families who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay without any disturbance.

We had a wonderful weekend at this luxurious hotel tucked away in a private area behind the main house. The breakfasts were delicious, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the fireplace and music in the room. it was a perfect weekend and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

On the downside, there was only one option for breakfast, which may not suit everyone's preferences. However, despite this small limitation, we still highly recommend this place for its luxurious accommodations, superb service, and prime location.

Incredibly beautiful trendy boutique hotel with extremely accommodating staff. Perfectly appointed cheap rooms, large bathroom, marvellous breakfast. Certainly a such great experience for celebrating anniversary in Capitola.
